2)Your head size: Most of customers have a head size ranging from 20 inches to 24 inches. But heads can go smaller or larger. i MUST know your head size in inches ,because i do not want to sell you a hat that's too small or too big.
3)Let me know your ideas for the hat! what and how do you want it?

-I must receive a payment (either partial or full payment) before I even start the hat. -Please allow up to 2 weeks of received payment to finish the hat. School always comes first and sometimes im not free until the weekends. Most of the time is will be done and shipped out before 2 weeks, but sometimes unexpected things happen resulting in a delayed completion date.

-REMEMBER-all sales are final! If your hat is damaged (i do not mean little sewing gaps that you can fix yourself) or it does not meet the description at all (ex: you ask for a purple hippo hat but i give you a green dinosaur hat) ,i will do exchanges of the product! I always send pictures of what your hat looks like so there will be no surprises! (hopefully).

CARING FOR YOUR HAT: i highly recommend spot cleaning your hat and air-drying it. NO NOT PLACE IN A DRYER. BUT ,if you hat is covered with mud and theres no way your going to spot clean it...then you can put it on the most delicate setting of your washing machine with a tiny bit of detergent.However,by doing that it may cause the fleece to pill.
